Mindful Healing is a mobile application designed to support mental wellness through digital tools. By accessing or using the Mindful Healing app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

• You agree to use Mindful Healing solely for lawful purposes and personal wellness support.
• You must not misuse community features, if available, including posting inappropriate content.
• The app does not replace professional therapy or medical advice.

3. Subscription Services

Mindful Healing offers optional paid features. Subscriptions are handled directly via Google Play Store and Apple App Store. You are responsible for managing and cancelling your subscriptions through the respective store accounts.

4. Data Usage

By using the app, you consent to our data handling practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Account Deletion

Users can request full account and data deletion from within the application. Please refer to our Account Deletion Policy.

6. Limitations of Liability

Mindful Healing is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any mental health outcomes, nor do we provide clinical therapy services.

7. App Updates

We may update app features or terms periodically. Continued use of the app after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
